Our culinary journey began with a refreshing Fall Salad, a perfect harmony of flavors featuring glazed pecans, dried cherries, and pears, all drizzled with a luscious maple vinaigrette. This delectable starter was elegantly paired with our sweet and crisp Sweet Lizzie Lou vignole wine.
For the main course, our guests savored the succulent goodness of smoked pork tenderloin adorned with a delectable apple BBQ sauce. This culinary masterpiece was accompanied by creamy horseradish potatoes, a refreshing Brussel sprout slaw, and flavorful smoked beans. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, complemented beautifully by our robust Crimson Cabernet, a 2022 new release.
Dessert was nothing short of heavenly—a spiced cake crowned with cinnamon whipped cream and drizzled with luxurious caramel sauce, garnished with glazed pecan sprinkles. This sweet finale danced harmoniously with the enchanting notes of Gabby Abby, also a 2022 new release!
Throughout the evening, our wines played a pivotal role in enhancing the flavors of each course, creating an unforgettable dining experience. As you arrived, your palate was tantalized with the vibrant flavors of Shamrock Hills’ Backroads White, thoughtfully paired with a delightful charcuterie board. As the night unfolded, a selection of our finest wines complemented each course, creating a symphony of flavors that lingered long after the last sip.
