Shamrock Hills Vineyard and Winery
Shamrock Hills Vineyard and Winery is located on a 323-acre farm rising from the Missouri River Valley, characterized by sedimentary rock layers and Bethany Falls limestone. The winery opened to the public on April 1st, 2023. We are located 35 minutes from Kansas City and 25 minutes from Liberty, Missouri.
Owners Denise and Mike Riley have created a welcoming experience where guests can taste their wines, enjoy stunning views, camaraderie, and spend the afternoon sharing stories and creating memories.
The vineyard was first planted in Spring 2023, featuring 3,600 vines across 11 acres, with an additional 400 vines planted in 2024. As the estate vineyard develops, we partner with Mid-Missouri Vineyards for fruit to craft our wines. Our inaugural vintage in 2023 produced 11 wines, earning three medals at the 2024 Governor’s Cup. In 2024, we made 14 wines, with 12 receiving awards at the 2025 Missouri Governor’s Cup.
Dine-in, outdoor seating, in-store shopping. Wine, specialty drinks, beer, cider, sodas and water are offered onsite. Food options include meat and cheese charcuterie board, cheese and crackers charcuterie board, reubens, flatbreads and snacks.

Wine Club Memberships
- There is no fee to join, you will only be charged for your club wines at time of release.
- Emails will be sent out to you prior to release to let you know what is available on the club release.
- Pick ups are generally held at the Pick Up Party held at the winery. At this event, you get to sample the wines available in your bundle.
- If you aren’t able to pick up your wine during the pickup window, you can make arrangements to pick up at a later time. We can also ship you your wine, but a shipping fee will be added to your order.
- All releases must be picked up within 60 days of release.
