What a great soft reopening on Friday, February 14th with the Private Wine Pairing dinner at Shamrock Hills! We enjoyed dinner with 50 people and in addition to the 4 currently available wines we showcased, they also got a taste of our new 2024 Crimson Cabernet that will be released with our 2025 Fall Wine Club Release. We are glad that the weather we are now experiencing, held out and everyone was able to make it to the winery for this Valentine’s Evening.
Special thanks to Donnici’s Deli for providing the main course, John Anderson for creating the appetizer and dessert, Courtney Cole for all of her assistance with the marketing Courtney and Jason Cole for taking a few pictures of the evening and our staff for giving up their Valentine’s Day to spend it with us and serving you! We could not have pulled it off without all of the hands involved. We hope to have other dinners in the future so stay tuned!
