Sip, Savor, and Celebrate: Shamrock Hills in the Fall

Shamrock Hills Vineyard and Winery is celebrating Fall at the Hills in many ways! Hours will slightly change, with Monday-Thursday being open by appointment, Fridays from 4p-7:30pm, Saturday from 12pm-7pm and Sundays from 1pm-6pm.

Here’s a review of what we’ve already had happening at the winery this Fall! We hope that you will join us soon to celebrate here in the Hills!

Fire Pits

Indulge your sweet tooth with our delightful S’mores kits. Toast marshmallows to golden perfection, sandwich them between graham crackers, and add rich, melted chocolate for a treat that’s as warm as our hospitality.

Fall Flavors

Caramel Spiked Apple Cider: This autumnal concoction combines the comforting flavors of caramel and apple cider with a delightful kick. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and spirited, making it the ideal companion for chilly evenings by the fire pit or cozy gatherings with friends.

🍷 Apple Cider Sangria: A fruity and refreshing twist on a classic, this sangria combines crisp apple cider with a medley of fresh fruits and a touch of wine for a delightful sip of the season.

🍎 Finn’s Fun Apple Fizz: Don’t worry, we’ve got something special for our non-alcoholic drink enthusiasts! Our Finn’s Fun Apple Fizz is a sparkling and tangy delight that captures the essence of fall without the spirits

Halloween Tasting/Witch Way to the Wine/Hall-O-Wine Trolley Tour

Blood Bag Sangrias: Served in what looks like a sinister blood bag, our Sangrias are a chilling delight that captures the spirit of the season.

Vampire Kiss:

We paired favorite candies with four of our finest wines for some Halloween fun!

Preparing Barrels

At Shamrock Hills Vineyard and Winery, winemaking is an art, and our talented winemakers have been working their magic behind the scenes!

From the moment the grapes arrive at the vineyard, they work their magic, carefully crushing and pressing the grapes to extract their essence, ensuring that every drop is bursting with flavor!

But that’s just the beginning. Barrel aging, where wine evolves, includes selecting the finest oak barrels, gaining complexity and character. The next time you are in the winery ask for Mike Riley to give you a sneak peek of our barrel program!

Special Visitors at Shamrock Hills

We enjoyed having Rombach’s Missouri Winery Review/MO Wine Couple join us for an October afternoon! It was a wonderful surprise to have them with us and we appreciate their kind review!
